Confirmation Test

Instruction For Requesting Confirmation Test

Confirmation testing with a more accurate method can be requested through Advin Biotech.
Advin Biotech will only be responsible for sending samples to a qualified analytical laboratory for confirmation testing and informing the results to the requester.
Any questions related to the procedure and result of the confirmation test shall be directly requested from the analytical lab.
The requester will be responsible for the cost of shipping and laboratory test.
It’s recommended to send the confirmation sample as soon as possible. A urine sample can be kept at room temperature if it’s mailed on the same day as collected; otherwise, the urine sample shall be refrigerated. Please note, a sample cannot be tested if it is more than 7 days old.
Multiple samples can be combined in a shipment with clear label on each sample.
The lab test fee listed is the unit price per sample. Multiple analytes can be ordered for each sample.
The following payment method is accepted

Follow the procedure below:
A label, new urine container, and a sealable bag shall be self-prepared.
Pour approximately 3-5 ml of urine specimens into a self-prepared container. The container must be tightly closed with a cap.
A sample ID must be created starting with the last name, followed by the date of collection. e.g. If the sample was collected from John Smith, on 14th September 2024, the sample ID should be Smith09142024.
The test label name in Advin’s kit can be used to indicate which analyte(s) to be requested for confirmation, e.g. AMP or AMP+FEN.
Write the sample ID and name(s) of analytes(s) to be tested clearly on the label and place the label on the container.
Place the container with label in a sealed bag.
Please provide name, returning address, and phone number in the shipping package.
Use an overnight shipping with tracking number to ship the confirmation sample.
Please allow at least 5 business days to get the result.
